Introduction of C57BL/10 mouse

C57BL/10小鼠（C57BL/10）简称B10。

C57BL/10小鼠的诞生：

Little(C.C. Little)在1920年建立了C57BL，大约在1937年前某个时间将C57BL进行了近交分离，诞生了C57BL/6和C57BL/10两个亚系小鼠。后来C57BL/10小鼠到了不同的研究者：

Scott（J.P. Scott）获得了第26代（F26)，命名为C57BL/10Sc；Sc=J.P. Scott。

1947年左右，Scott将自己的C57BL/10Sc（第35代，F35)给了Snell（George Snell），命名为C57BL/10Sn（或C57BL/10ScSn），Sn=George Snell；

1947年，还诞生了C57BL/10J和C57BL/10SnJ， J=杰克逊实验室。

1953年，Snell将自己的C57BL/10Sn给了NIH（National Institutes of Health），NIH命名为C57BL/10ScSnN，后来称为C57BL/10ScN，N=NIH。

1961年，Clarence Reeder维持C57BL/10ScN，命名为C57BL/10ScNCr。

C57BL/10小鼠的特点： 

对LPS刺激的反应缺陷，原因是Tlr4基因缺失，导致在LPS刺激时该基因mRNA和蛋白质不能合成。
